Refund Policy

Document pack (A$75 one-off)

If the pack doesn't work for you (for example it won't unlock, the documents don't generate, or it is not what was described), email aussieappsandwebdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt email address and a short description of the problem. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, or you'd simply rather not keep it, we'll refund you in full. Because the pack is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds outside 14 days are at our discretion.

Updates plan (A$29/month)

You can cancel at any time by using the link in your Stripe receipt email (if available) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you contact us within 7 days of your first payment we will refund it in full on request. We don't refund partial months after that.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which give you remedies if a product has a major failure, and any other law that applies to you.
