Summary

• There are no user accounts.
• Your wizard answers are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They are not sent to us.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
• We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

1. Wizard answers

The wizard and the document pack run entirely in your browser. Your answers (including any company or system names you type) are saved in your browser's localStorage so you can come back to them, and are not transmitted to our servers. You can delete them at any time with "Start over" in the wizard or by clearing your browser's site data. If you buy the pack, a flag recording that it is unlocked is also stored in localStorage on that browser.

2. Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates via Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe collects your name, email, card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe your name, email address, country, what you bought and payment status, and we use these to provide the product, the updates plan, receipts, refunds, and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations.

3. Updates plan emails

If you subscribe to the A$29/month updates plan, we use the email address you gave Stripe to send you rule-change alerts and refreshed templates. We may use an email service provider to send these. You stop receiving them when you cancel.

4. Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond to you.

5. Hosting, analytics and cookies

The site is static. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery. We do not currently use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this page first.

6. Sharing and overseas transfer

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (such as Stripe, our host and email provider), some of which store data outside Australia (including the USA), or where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, by emailing aussieappsandwebdesign@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have rights under the GDPR, including to complain to your local data protection authority. In Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if you are not satisfied with our response.

8. Retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally 5 years in Australia) and emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
